Natalie first walked through the doors of our personal training gym in Liverpool 8 years ago, taking her very first steps into structured training. Since then, she’s remained committed to her health and fitness journey through life’s many chapters – including training with us throughout her pregnancy and returning to the gym 3 years after having her baby, determined to see just what she could achieve once more.
Now, after an 8-week transformation at our Liverpool gym, Natalie’s results have been nothing short of phenomenal.

Natalie’s progress photos show remarkable changes. Her abs are now a standout feature, clearly visible from the front and side angles. We’ve seen noticeable improvements in the shape and definition of her shoulders, along with added muscle tissue across the top of her back – all evidence of consistent, well-structured training and nutrition.
